These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between SELKEYS FRANCE, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of 50,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 123 456 789, whose registered office is located at 9 Rue Saint-Didier, 75116 Paris, France (hereinafter "SELKEYS" or "We"), and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website selkeys.fr (hereinafter "the Customer" or "You").

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and conditions of sale of SELKEYS brand cosmetic products offered on the website selkeys.fr.

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer. SELKEYS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the day of the order.

2.1 Product description

SELKEYS commercializes high-end cosmetic products, including:

• Anti-Aging Restorative Serum A2: premium formula for skin regeneration
• Anti-Spot Lightening Serum E3: targeted treatment for pigmentation spots
• Intensive Nourishing Serum N4: nutritive care for dry skin

Products are presented with detailed descriptions, photographs and prices. The photographs are contractual and faithfully represent the products offered.

2.2 Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to available stock. In case of stock shortage, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

3.1 Ordering process

The ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Product selection and add to cart
2. Acceptance of terms and conditions and privacy policy
3. Entry of delivery and billing information
4. Choice of delivery method
5. Order confirmation and payment

3.2 Order confirmation

Once the order is validated and payment accepted, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Order number
• Details of products ordered
• Total order amount
• Delivery address
• Expected delivery times

4.1 Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges. Prices may be modified at any time without notice, it being specified that the product will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation.

4.2 Payment methods

Payments are made by the following means:

• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Shop Pay (Shopify)
• Cartes Bancaires

Payment data is secured and encrypted. SELKEYS does not store any banking data.

4.3 Billing

The invoice is sent by email to the Customer when the order is shipped. It can also be downloaded from the customer account.

5.1 Delivery zones

Our deliveries are made to:

• Metropolitan France: Standard delivery (3-5 working days) and express (24-48h)
• European Union: International delivery (5-7 working days)
• Worldwide: International delivery (7-15 working days depending on destination)

5.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and run from the date of shipment. They may vary depending on destination and carrier constraints.

5.3 Delivery charges

Free delivery in metropolitan France for orders over €75.

6.1 Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.

6.2 Return procedures

To exercise this right, you must:

1. Inform us by email (contact@selkeys.fr) of your withdrawal decision
2. Return the products in their original packaging, unopened and unused
3. Use the return label provided or contact us to organize the return

6.3 Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product. Return costs are at the Customer's expense, except in case of defective product.

7.1 Conformity guarantee

SELKEYS guarantees that the products delivered conform to the order and are free from defects. In case of non-conformity, the Customer may request exchange or refund of the product.

7.2 Commercial warranty

SELKEYS is committed to the quality of its products and guarantees their effectiveness according to recommended usage methods. Our products are dermatologically tested and manufactured according to European standards.

SELKEYS' liability cannot be engaged for:

• Damage resulting from misuse of products
• Allergic reactions (tolerance test recommended)
• Delivery delays due to the carrier
• Use of products not in accordance with recommendations

The personal data collected is subject to computer processing intended for order management and commercial relationship. For more details, consult our privacy policy.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and portability of your personal data.

All elements of the selkeys.fr site (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from SELKEYS.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of an amicable solution search, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the possibility to resort free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to resolving the dispute that would oppose him to SELKEYS.
